Richard Sandoval will team up with Chef-Owner Jaime Pesaque (Mayta Restaurante Bar) to open the Peruvian eatery and pisco bar Raymi this June. The Wilfie & Nell team is taking over the old Ship of Fools space to open a restaurant called The Penrose this summer. Sons of Essex Owner Matt Levine will open Cocktail Bodega this year, specializing in booze-spiked smoothies and street food. The Couleur Café gang will head to the old Ozzies space to roll out French-Hungarian concept Café Des Amis. Angelo Sosa (Social Eatz) is looking to open a new restaurant called Juxtapose; no opening date or location has been set yet.
