Eat By Numbers: Seasons

When you dine out, you might think about the ingredients that go into your food, but you probably don’t think about all the numbers that make your meal happen. Restaurants are filled with interesting figures that might not be apparent when you bite into an enticing entrée or take a sip of a signature cocktail, but they’re all around you.

For this installment, we head over to Georgetown to get the numerical rundown on the recently remodeled Seasons inside the Four Seasons Hotel. A power breakfast favorite amongst high-powered politicos during the week, its epic Sunday brunches attract Washingtonians of every professional stripe. If you’re lucky, you just might find yourself sipping a cup of morning brew next to a hip-hop power couple or one of the guys from Oceans 11.
